Lazy days

Honestly, I wasn't as productive as I hoped I would be this weekend. I was planning to get a couple of paintings completed and possibly start some sewing projects. But instead I spent a lot of time surfing the internet and brainstorming completely different projects. So my to-do list just grew a few extra feet. As always I managed to spend way too much time watching things on netflix. I watched Banksy's documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop which I found very intriguing and surprisingly very amusing. I also managed to get through Season 2 of United States of Tara. I have to admit I didn't find it to be quite as funny as Season 1. If you haven't seen the show yet I definitely recommend checking out the first season, it's HILARIOUS. I did manage to finally hang up photos in my bathroom which I have been planning to do for months.
I really like how it turned out, adds a nice little touch. I love that they look like professional prints but they were taken by a co-worker of mine who takes pictures as a hobby. I also have photos of hers hanging in my living room.
I love the effect of hanging things on the walls. It really gives the place that "home" feeling and adds so much character. The next room with walls to cover up will be the kitchen. Just waiting for a good idea.

Well I'm going to try and motivate myself to get at least one painting done today. Sounds easy enough, right?
